az999's Promise of Responsible Gaming
az999 believes gaming should be enjoyable and controlled. We are always committed to ensuring your safety — because responsible gaming is the best gaming.
Why Is Responsible Gaming Important?
Online gaming can be a great source of entertainment — but it stays healthy and enjoyable only when you stay in control. At az999, we see responsible gaming not just as a rule, but as our core principle. Our goal is for every player to enjoy themselves in a safe environment, within their own means.
Gaming is never a solution to financial problems — it is for entertainment only. If you feel that gaming is affecting your life, take action right away. az999 is always here for you — from setting limits to taking a complete break.
az999 is only for those aged 21 or older. Gaming by minors is strictly prohibited. Age verification is mandatory when opening an account.
Our Protection Tools
Deposit Limit
You can set how much money you deposit per day, per week, or per month. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. To increase a limit, a cooling-off period applies, which prevents you from making hasty decisions.
Session Time-Out
You have the option to automatically end your session after a set period of time. Set a time-out for 24 hours, 72 hours, or 30 days and give yourself a break. This is an effective way to practice responsible gaming.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel gaming is getting out of control, choose self-exclusion. This option closes your account for a set period or permanently. Our support team is available 24/7 to help.
Gaming History Review
You can view your full gaming history from your account at any time — including deposits, withdrawals, bet amounts, and duration. Regularly reviewing your own habits is an important part of responsible gaming.
Account Security
Use a strong password for your account and do not share your login details with anyone. It is your responsibility to ensure that minors cannot access your account. If you notice any suspicious activity, let us know immediately.
24/7 Support
Our Bangla-speaking support team is always ready to help with any responsible gaming matter. Contact us via live chat or send an email to [email protected] — we will help you with care and understanding.
Signs of Problematic Gaming
If you notice any of the following signs in yourself, it is time to take a break:
- Placing more bets to try to win back money you have lost
- Lying to family or friends about gaming
- Spending more time or money on gaming than you intended
- Feeling restless or anxious when trying to stop gaming
- Spending money meant for essential expenses on gaming
- Gaming causing problems with work, studies, or relationships
- Gaming to relieve stress rather than for enjoyment
Responsible Gaming Tips
Follow these tips for an enjoyable and safe gaming experience:
- Set a budget before you start gaming and stick to it
- See gaming as entertainment, not a source of income
- Take regular breaks — at least 15 minutes every hour
- Avoid gaming when drinking or under stress
- Spend time with family and friends — enjoy life beyond gaming
- Accept losses when they happen and resist the urge to chase them
- If you feel there is a problem, seek help right away — there is nothing to be ashamed of
